Spring’s Return
As Spring slowly emerges, this session invites you to slow down and explore how nature can support personal health and wellbeing through facilitated solo time in the natural environment and group reflection. The nature based grounding and gentle nature based activities invites you to explore how the natural environment regulates the nervous system to restore balance and calm.
Naturewell is a holistic approach to health and wellbeing that sees health as more than just the absence of disease. Participants are invited to explore how nature and our relationship with nature is part of the health of the human.

Naturewell-Natural mental health and wellbeing 6 week course
The sessions are informed by the pathways of Contact Beauty Emotion Meaning and Compassion
We will explore how nature restores a sense of wellbeing through the senses in a safe non judgmental group. People experience a joy and connection to self , to other and to the ecological other than human community of which we are a part of.
