We gently invite people to experience how nature holds and supports a positive mental wellbeing through simple nature based practice and nature inspired activities.
We invite people to explore the world through their senses, to quieten the internal noise to become more present to what is immediately present.Through solo time out on the land, people can become attuned to nature’s language fostering a sense of belonging.

The Personal, Social and Ecological Belonging

Through facilitated and solo time in nature, free from distraction, people can reconnect with their reciprocal relationship with the more-than-human world. This experience nurtures a sense of belonging—to ourselves, to each other, and to the living ecosystem we are a part of.
