Naturewell

These 6 week or 3 week courses are informed by the 5 Pathways to Nature Connectedness which are;

CONTACT ,BEAUTY, EMOTION, MEANING and COMPASSION

Through solo time out on the land and group reflection, people experience the joy and wonder that nature can instil. The nature based craft activities focus on the process , not just the end result.

Contact
Grounding ourselves in nature and accessing our senses to make contact with the natural world. Noticing through our senses
Beauty
Engaging with natural beauty is a way that we deepen connection and find feelings of joy, immersion and inspiration.
Emotion
Developing an emotional bond with, and love, for nature, experience shifts in mood and feelings in nature.
Compassion
Developing a compassionate approach to our self, other people and the natural world.Finding things in common with our self, in people and nature,
Meaning
Finding meaning in our connectedness to nature.How does nature highlight a sense of our meaning and purpose using metaphor

Relaxation: Nature connection can relax you, reduce stress and
enhance feelings of wellbeing
Restoration: Nature connection can restore our attention, help us feel
more whole and connected
Revitalisation: Nature Connection can help us find meaning, purpose,
aliveness and inspiration
